Every safari package includes hotel pickup, dune bashing, camel riding and sandboarding as standard. Higher-tier packages add VIP seating, a quad bike ride, or a fully private vehicle.

Both include the same core activities. Premium adds VIP sofa seating and premium table service at the desert camp.

Yes, hotel and meeting-point pickup is available across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Let us know your hotel or area when you message us.

Pickup begins around 2:00–2:30 PM and you'll be back at your hotel by 8:30–9:00 PM.

Yes — for safety, self-drive quad bike and dune buggy riders must be at least 16 years old, attend the required safety briefing and follow all guide instructions. Dune bashing and camel riding are guided passenger activities with no strict minimum age, though children must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

We accept online card payments, secure payment links, bank transfers, and cash payment on pickup where available. All prices are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).

A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the selected package. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive official confirmation from our team.

All times below are UAE time (UTC+4), measured against your confirmed pickup/tour start time:

• More than 24 hours before: full refund.
• From exactly 24 hours down to and including exactly 12 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before, or a customer-caused no-show: non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to weather, safety or operational reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days.

These terms apply subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Cancellation requests must be sent through our official WhatsApp or email. Special conditions may apply to private, group and promotional bookings.
