For safety, self-drive quad bike and dune buggy riders must be at least 16 years old, attend the required safety briefing and follow all guide instructions. Weight and size limits depend on the specific vehicle provided and will be confirmed by our team before your ride. Cancellation Policy Summary
More than 24 hours before your confirmed pickup time (UAE time, UTC+4): full refund. From exactly 24 hours down to and including exactly 12 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: non-refundable. If we cancel for weather, safety or operational reasons, you can reschedule or receive a full refund, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
