Who's Behind Your Desert Safari
Desert Night Safari Dubai is based in Marina JBR, Dubai Marina, and operates morning and evening desert safaris, dune bashing, camel rides, quad biking and dune buggy rides across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. We keep things direct: you message us on WhatsApp, we help you choose the right package and confirm availability, and we arrange pickup for your tour date. There is no call center and no third-party booking platform in between, and every booking is confirmed in writing before your tour. Whether you want a quiet morning drive over the dunes or a full evening of dune bashing, camel riding and a desert camp dinner, we are here to help you plan it properly.

All times below are UAE time (UTC+4), measured against your confirmed pickup/tour start time:
- More than 24 hours before: full refund.
- From exactly 24 hours down to and including exactly 12 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before, or a customer-caused no-show: non-refundable.
- If we cancel due to weather, safety or operational reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days.
These terms apply subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Cancellation requests must be sent through our official WhatsApp or email. Special conditions may apply to private, group and promotional bookings.
